Synergé has undertaken a large number of assignments through the Rural Industries Research Development Corporation, Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and with a diverse range of industry sector stakeholders to identify, prioritise and implement industry development and improvement plans, encompassing R&D strategies to enhance capacity and value-add enterprises in rural and regional areas.
We can facilitate strategic and business planning processes for a range of organisation types and contexts. Our project track record can be demonstrated in three areas:
- Industry development – working with industry leaders and government in facilitating a better environment for agribusiness across a number of sectors;
- Enterprise - Developing strategic response to change and opportunity within the agribusiness and food enterprise – driven by market, regulatory and ownership change and expectation;
- Corporate – offering a range of corporate advisory and finance services to support key decisions facing corporations or in industry restructuring
